OnPoint Mobile Injections began with Aimee Falcone’s desire to use her training in a way that ,more connected to the people she serves. With more than a decade of nursing experience across surgical, critical care, post-anesthesia, cardiovascular, family practice, and patient education settings, she developed a strong foundation in procedures, recovery, and the kind of attentive care that helps patients feel supported throughout the healing process.
Over time, that experience also revealed a gap. Too many people were moving through a healthcare system that felt rushed, transactional, and focused on short-term fixes rather than deeper understanding. That frustration led Aimee toward functional and regenerative medicine, with a stronger focus on root causes, better education, and treatments that support how the body functions over time.
Her background in research, teaching, and evidence-based practice continues to shape a model of care built on compassion, clinical skill, and a genuine desire to help people move better and live with greater ease.
